The Hajj package was finalized in the meeting of the executive committee regarding Hajj management at the Secretariat on Wednesday. Meanwhile, officially last year there were two packages but this time only one package has been announced.

The chairman of hajj management committee and state minister for religion Faridul Haque Khan told this to journalists at the end of the meeting.

Incidentally, one had to pay 5 lakh 86 thousand 340 taka on package-1 and 5 lakh 21 thousand 150 taka on package 2 for last year while Tk 5 lakh 22 thousand 744 were spent to perform Hajj through private agencies’ ‘General Package’.
